By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms: An invoice will be sent via email within 24-48 hours of submission and must be paid within 72 hours to confirm your order. All orders require 14 business days for fulfillment (from payment date). There is a minimum order quantity of 5 gift bags per order, with one flavor option per order. For orders of more than 50, please contact us directly at info@theblkbar.com. Due to the nature of tea products, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 business days with proof of purchase and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. All products are subject to availability.
