Shipping Policy

At The Blk Bar, we process orders within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with all tracking information. We currently offer shipping to domestic destinations only, with fees calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. For domestic orders, delivery typically takes up to 7 business days depending on location. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue for a resolution. Return & Exchange Policy

We prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of tea, we do not accept returns or exchanges on loose-leaf tea products to ensure the freshness and safety of our offerings. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to provide a resolution in the form of a replacement or refund. For non-tea items such as teaware or accessories, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the error was on our part with proof.
